Northstar Transit Commerce LLC grants access to this platform strictly for legitimate automotive parts lookup, technical specification review, and commercial procurement. You agree not to deploy automated crawlers, scrapers, or extraction bots against our fitment databases, inventory catalogs, or live pricing APIs without prior written authorization.
Account Security Obligations
Account holders maintain sole responsibility for safeguarding login credentials. Any order placed under authenticated credentials carries full financial responsibility until Northstar Transit Commerce is formally notified of unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel pending carts for any individual or organization attempting to manipulate order pricing, misrepresent commercial identity, or circumvent our order security verification protocols.
The display of replacement parts and pricing does not constitute a legally binding offer to sell. An order represents an offer by you to purchase items subject to our final verification. Acceptance occurs exclusively upon physical dispatch from our fulfillment warehouses or third-party manufacturer distribution points.
In the event of an OEM supplier price surge, database typographical error, or catalog system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel the affected line item prior to dispatch with an immediate full refund.
Order modification or cancellation requests must be submitted prior to warehouse fulfillment queue processing. Once an order enters the boxing or freight dispatch phase, our standard returns policy applies.
Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout according to local and state tax laws across all US jurisdictions.
Mandatory Installer Fitment Verification
Automotive brake systems, steering linkages, engine internals, and electrical assemblies require certified technical knowledge. Vehicle compatibility lookups and cross-reference catalogs serve strictly as informational guides. The mechanic or installer is legally and mechanically responsible for cross-referencing VIN data, casting numbers, and OEM part schematics prior to installation.
Under no circumstances will Northstar Transit Commerce LLC, its officers, or its suppliers be liable for:
- [x]Third-party mechanic labor fees, diagnostic charges, or machine shop modification expenses.
- [x]Towing fees, vehicle storage costs, commercial vehicle downtime, or rental car accommodations.
- [x]Collateral mechanical damage resulting from improper torque specifications, contaminated fluids, or modified vehicle platforms.
Any component that has been bolted, powered, primed with fluid, or altered cannot be returned under our standard restocking process.
All replacement components distributed by Northstar Transit Commerce LLC are backed strictly by original manufacturer pass-through warranties. Northstar Transit Commerce LLC provides no independent warranty, express or implied.
In the event of a suspected material defect within an active manufacturer warranty timeframe, Northstar Transit Commerce will coordinate documentation with the factory supplier. Warranty validation requires inspection reports, vehicle VIN, installation mileage, and verified diagnostic readouts.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTHSTAR TRANSIT COMMERCE LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BEYOND THE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS WRITTEN AT TIME OF SALE.
These terms, together with all catalog transactions and consumer contracts, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Exclusive Venue Stipulation
Any legal proceeding, arbitration, or judicial claim arising directly or indirectly from orders placed with Northstar Transit Commerce LLC shall be initiated and maintained exclusively in state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. You expressly consent to personal jurisdiction within Tarrant County courts and waive any claim of inconvenient forum.
